I think he faked his own death so his relatives wouldn't be able to keep trying to kill him. Have they shown his baby or babymama at all since the fake death? I don't remember.

And now that Divya laid out all her emotions about not ever hoping to have a baby because she thought she couldn't, and then almost losing what she didn't know she wanted, I'm totally on board with HankMed having a baby! I hope this brings her mom back into the picture.
And we know where Marissa and the baby are! If Boris didn't have a genetic disease, what does his cousin have?
