- which, yeah, good thing, but it's hard to see why it's worth doing if he's not the love of her life - I mean, they're facing a lot of adversity, as well as the smaller irritations like only being able to do stuff at night, not being able to go out for dinner etc. I suppose I never actually thought she would end up with anyone other than Bill. Given the option though, wouldn't you want to, you know, try out other supes to see what difference it makes? Or just to find out if Sam prefers it doggy-style?!! Anyway, I have been out today and bought books 3-8 so I've got plenty to keep me going now  |

I've read the first three. Her numerous injuries are started to get on my nerves. Is this what happens in the rest of the series? I sure hope she dumps Bill for good. Eric is much more fun. Also, she seemed to spend much of Club Dead horny as hell!

I misread the book order and read book four, and now I can't be bothered to read book three!! Also, I'm really sad that it's all over, so I don't want to read book five. What a pain. I'm having to console myself with watching the bits of the show with Eric in. Bless him, in his tracksuit!

---what happens if a human woman is on her period around a vampire?
---what does vamp ejaculate look like? Is it blood, like their tears?

In the later books the vampires do "perk up" a little when Sookie is on her period, no attacks and no real detail. Vampire ejaculate isn't mentioned (as least up to book 7), but thanks, now I can't stop wondering  |

I'm on book five. They are all kind of blurred together since I'm reading them in (quick) succession. In one book, either Bill or Eric, um, rubbed one off on her back while she was seated in front of them, so her shirt was damp...I really really really want to know what vamp spunk is made of now!

And didn't Eric get a wet spot on/in his pants while, uh, saving Sookie from Andre, (I think that's his name, the Queen of Louisiana's second in command) in the hallway at the the Vampire Convention/Summit in Chicago?

I thought it was Eric when he was giving her blood at the King of Texas' (or was it Arkansas?) before or after she went to save Bill. (reaches for books)
