Still not happy they made her human again. At least she won't be around next season to have human Elena be weak and boring. Will they keep doing the show without her?

Aw, but she was so much better when she was human! Well, actually, that was another show. TVD has changed drastically over the years. You're right. She was already stuck with bad story lines, as a human she probably would have been stuck with even lamer ones like Matt is.
The CW will keep the show on for years if it can. She's just part of a wave of people on the show who are letting their contracts expire. The most of the cast is coming back. Because the CW keeps faded shows on wayyyy past their prime seasons if it can.

Just watched the wedding and season finale. Dear God, but Jo's death was gruesome. I could hear the knife cutting her and just...ugh. The finale was really sad. I cried when Elena was saying goodbye to Caroline and Bonnie. No one wants to say goodbye to their best friends. "Write it all down..." *sobs*
Dobrev is a good actress and beautiful to boot - may she find work that is worthy of her talent.

Anyone else still watch either TVD or TO? I caught up on both shows this weekend, and until Cami bit it, I had no interest in returning to watching The Originals post hiatus. Morgan should be a good mourner, and hell hath no fury like Klaus. Should be interesting at least. VD is boring me because Enzo hasn't been on in ages. Give him to Caroline so that I can enjoy the only two characters I like on the show.

I'm watching The Originals. Agree that things just got interesting.

Loved The Orginals last night. I fully admit my Elijah Hayley ship had its sail at full mast during their fireside chat. Damn, but I love me some "we should be together, but we can't be" angst. That scene was just wonderful. I didn't feel the same with Cami and Klaus, but that's because I'm on the ship Klaroline and have been for years.
Speaking of Caroline, the Vampire Diaries is now in its fast forward. Will The Originals be three years ahead too? If so, it will be interesting to see the havoc wreaked upon NOLA by the remaining Michaelsons.
Oh and I am loving Bonnie lately. She used to be such a non character, but now she's turned into Buffy the Vampire Slayer in keeping with Caroline's Cordelia-like transformation. I love her as the kick-ass friend, and I admit to shipping her with Enzo. Ahem. I can't help it; I find the actor incredibly attractive and want the character around more. Bonnie could do worse!

I like Enzo too; he's like the poor man's Klaus.
Klaroline forever! It's why I started watching the show.

I like Enzo more when he has a purpose and isn't just whining. I do like him with Bonnie and hope that works out, at least for a while. I much prefer Caroline and Klaus together and Haley and Elijah together. I don't like seeing Caroline and Klaus going all "family", but then I hate the addition of babies to any show.

Yeah, I'm not a big babies fan either (as additions to tv shows). I went over to previously.tv to find some of my favorite lines from the last episode (see below). I really love their family dynamic though I do miss Rebecca.
Klaus: It was Gaspar Cortez, the youngest son of a particularly vile family of warlords I dealt with in the seventeenth century. Elijah: Didn't they burn that philistine pigsty to the ground? Klaus: Pigsty? That was my favorite artists' retreat. Someone had to pay for that so I murdered Gaspar's brute of a father. Freya: And? Klaus: And one or two- Elijah: Five. Klaus: Five of his bloodthirsty brothers. Elijah: Don't forget about the mistress. Klaus: That was an accident! Elijah to Kol: Well, isn't this the welcome home? Already at the mercy of Niklaus and just in time to help the rest of us clean up his mess. Do you miss being dead yet? Klaus: [Gaspar's] family decimated Bellaga. Kol: Ugh, Bellaga? That place was hideous. Elijah: Thank you, Kol. Klaus: No taste! Either of you.

Those were my favorite bits, too. So very family.
