That was pretty much my thinking on this as well, I wasn't going to bother until I found out Emma Thompson co-wrote it and Paul Feig directed it. It might actually be good. Well what did you think of the movie? lol |

Well what did you think of the movie? lol I'll chime in...rented it a few days ago and thought it was just meh. I actually ended up fast forwarding through most of it. Too bad, I really thought the trailer looked fun and the premise had potential. It was just too bleak, and the characters were so cliched and not that likeable. At least, the bits I watched. I didn't have the patience to watch the whole thing through, so YMMV.... |

The Dune trailer looks so good! I guess my only disappointment is that Timothee Chalamet was cast as Paul Atreides. I've only seen him in Little Women and he underwhelmed me. Oscar Isaac and Zendaya look amazing! Can't wait to see this one.

I feel personally attacked on many levels with this but the Oirish accents are just ...offensively bad Jamie Doran what are you doing you should know better and Emily Blunt what is that! Not since Tom Cruise in Far and Away has an attempt at an Irish accent be so awful! |
