Well, I am going to hell for this, but who cares, I've got plenty of company. In Sleepers, there is that scene when the kids are first molested by the security guards in Juvenile Hall. It's funny because one of the kids turns and asks Kevin Bacon's character with the worst acting I have ever seen, "what do you want?". Well, Kevin Bacon is smoking and exhales some smoke all dramatically, and says point blank "a blow job". My brother and I to this day rewind it back and forth and laugh every. single. time. Laughing during a movie about sexual abuse, I am definitely going to hell.

Boromir's death scene in LotR: TFotR had me in stitches. Like Ms. Scarlett's fall down the stairs, it just went on and on forever. I tried to suppress my laughter the whole time his arrow-pierced body was falling and falling in slow motion, but then when he started talking again it just burst out. It shocked me that everyone around me was practically sobbing.

Around that time I discovered the brilliance of Strong Bad and Teen Girl Squad and when that third arrow hits, I heard SB's voice going "ARROW'D!"

Although, I still shed tears for that scene. Can't laugh at it.

The scene in Star Wars: Attack of the Clones where Yoda battles Christopher Lee's character with a light sabre is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. However, given that the writer and director was George Lucas, I'm not certain it was supposed to be funny.

Okay, yes I know this is not really in the spirit of the thread, but: technically? The entire Sarah Silverman movie we just saw made us feel like we knew we shouldn't laugh! But we did; brilliant.

I just saw The Hulk on TV. Now, in case people haven't seen it I'll let you in on a little plot point. Hulk is a good guy but misunderstood. Therefore, although the entire US millitary is after him shooting him with bullets and missles and nukes he never kills or injures any of them; even though he is in a mad rage.
I was laughing so hard because everytime Hulk swatted a helicopter down a cliff 10 seonds later it cuts to the pilot totally not hurt in a pile of really mangled metal radioing the captain "I'm ok. I'm alive."
We get it. He's a gentle giant.

Oh, that part in the Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King...where Gollum and Frodo fight for the ring.
Frodo's invisible and Gollum is on his back wrestling for it. But Gollum is just wrestling in the air spinning aorund...it's a little comical.
I know it's a huge fight and shows that the ring is sooo powerful. But...lol. It makes me snicker because it looks ridiculous.
ETA:
Oh, and the part in Van Helsing where all the little monster Dracula babies are flying everywhere attacking people. They start exploding in little pops. Reminds me of popcorn and I couldn't stop laughing.

Everything in that movie made me snicker. TTMR and I saw it in the theater due to his lust for Kate Beckinsale and I had my hands over my mouth, trying to keep my chortling to a quiet level.

There's a scene in An Apt Pupil after Brad Renfro uncovers Ian McKellan's Nazi past. The kid manipulates McKellan into reminiscing over and then celebrating his days as a Nazi. With the kid goading him on he starts goose-stepping in place with this deranged look on his face, doing (if I remember right) the Nazi salute.
I think the scene was meant to be horrifying but all I could think was "Ian McKellan, you have just made a fool out of yourself and I don't know if I'll ever be able to take you seriously again..."
