The Chrysler minivan ad with the whispering annoys the shit out of me. So much that I have to mute it whenever it comes on.

There's a commercial for some cellphone service where a girl in a tree outside a guy's window talks about how the service lets her stalk him. If the genders were reversed, people would be protesting so fast. Fuck you, cellphone company, with a crazy girl stalker, it's still not appropriate.

I hate the Gwen Stefani hair dye commercial. I like some of her songs, but the song playing in the ad is PAINFUL. Her "singing" in that song totally sets my teeth on edge.

I did a search of the old thread but found nobody mentioned how annoying and depressing all of the "Mesothelioma lawsuit" ads are. Maybe I see them so often because they run non-stop on those channels that mainly show true-crime/forensics/serial killer shows, but man, worse production values than old-school used car ads. I think the first one even had the widow of some guy who died from it offering her cookbook as enticement to call now to find out if you deserve money for your pain and suffering.

There is a commercial for a local car dealership that cracks me up. It is promoting their maintenance/repair system and as the narrator says "Your car doesn't give you a two week notice before breaking down..." you see a guy walk out to his car and find a resignation letter on the windshield. He reads the letter then turns to the car and says "Oh, really??" and gives the car the most hilarious stink-eye. What a terrible boss.

McDonald's has an ad now for their crap coffee drinks, where a couple does this weird synchronized hand and arm dance as they drink their crap coffee. It makes me incredibly embarrassed for them, they're so proud of their little dance, and just...why? Why are they this excited about bad, sugar-laden coffee? Why aren't they at work? Why is everyone else in the McDonald's amused with this and not mildly terrified?
