Yup. He is never coming back to public life. I suspect Charles won't strip the HRH from him for the same reason their mother did (not wanting to set a precedent). Andrew's fate is whatever the modern equivalent of banishing wayward relatives or locking them up in convents is. NO CONVENTS! |
