I think he was more upset about the timing-they started the process when Queen Silvia was pregnant with Victoria, but by the time it got done she was three and Carl Philip was one, so it ended up basically changing the line so that CP was Crown Prince for the first year of his life, then bumped down.
Now, however, I'm sure he's changed his mind since Victoria is lovely, strong and smart while CP is...cute but kind of dim.

I also think that they'll use the remainder of his obligation in Wales to have a baby or two rather quickly so they can have the isolated time to start out as a family. It's only 2 years but a lot can happen in 2 years. I think they're ready and they've stated they are.

I really don't have a problem with the rules/laws of succession in the UK. I know they are sexist, maybe it's just because it's been that way for so long.

ETA: About The Duke and Duchess having kids, I could have sworn that I read somewhere that they wanted to wait at least two years, and by then Wills military service will be up. I'm predicting a baby within two years, and as soon as William has an heir - Harry will marry Chelsy or some other completely trashy woman. Hee.

Seriously, her hair was so messy and her outfit looked like something my mom wore to a wedding in the mid-90s.

The Daily Mail (grain of salt and all that) is reporting that Harry was hanging out with Chelsy at the afterparty, and at one point threw his arms around her and whispered, "You're next." Chelsy found this hilarious and repeated it to everyone around her.

The emotion of watching your brother get married + copious amounts of vodka is a very dangerous combination!

Seeing as how the late Princess Margaret was a wild party girl in her youth, I think Chelsy could be the Princess Margaret of this generation:

It stands out in stark contrast to her white silk dress but, according to her grandmother, Duchess of Cornwall (a.k.a. Camilla Parker Bowles), people have only just noticed it—and it's too late to do the photos over.

The toy was a gift from her step-uncle, Prince Harry, who gave it to her when she was startled by the roar of the crowd during the carriage ride after the wedding. The scared toddler saw it and started to laugh—and then refused to give it back.
