Popping in here to mention that I watched something called the making of The Greatest Love Story Ever Told (?) and it was mostly rather painful. It’s just her telling everyone how Ben is the greatest love of her life and how they were meant to be together. Whenever I see JLo or Ben, I always think “What does Jennifer Garner think?”
(She’s probably, “You deserve each other!”)
TL;DR: I don’t think anyone cares about JLo making an hour-long documentary about her truth/Ben’s love at this point in her career.

Popping in here to mention that I watched something called the making of The Greatest Love Story Ever Told (?) and it was mostly rather painful. It’s just her telling everyone how Ben is the greatest love of her life and how they were meant to be together. Whenever I see JLo or Ben, I always think “What does Jennifer Garner think?” (She’s probably, “You deserve each other!”) I finally watched this. I got confused because she released multiple movies at the same time and it was too much effort for me to figure out which was which. I'd read so much about how cringey it is that it turned out to be a little disappointing. The biggest thing is that I cannot get over how much Ben slurs his words these days. It seems to be a permanent thing. I don't have any other reason to believe he's not his version of sober, but the slight and constant slurring makes me very uneasy. For the first time, I thought Jennifer looks her age. The lighting was not flattering to her. Jennifer, as ever, is in need of friends in her life who don't work for her. I don't think she has any. It was kind of sweet when she cried about Ben giving her confidence and making her feel good about herself. He has always talked her up and acted like her biggest fan. It was not so sweet that she took every single love letter Ben's ever written to her and put them in a common area of her recording studio for everybody who works there to read. That's so bizarre. Ben mentioned that Bennifer 1 - Part 1 came apart because of media attention, but specifically the kind of media attention that Jennifer herself solicited. He said he didn't want Bennifer 1 - Part 2 to be played out on social media, but then realized that would be like asking Jennifer not to breathe and decided to compromise. That's not a good sign.

I sort of love JLo's Met Gala look because it is so on brand! (Tom and Lorenzo consider that a flaw.)

Eh she does look great in that dress, even if it pains me to say it. But I feel like she's worn a similar dress at least half a dozen times.

I'd put her in the same category as Jennifer Anniston - both have figured out one red carpet look that works very well for them, and they keep doing the same thing over and over and over. Maybe it's a Jennifer thing.

The dress is gorgeous. She looks stunning in it. She's gorgeous.
And yet it's boring.
(Because it's so typical for her.)
