Well, bad news just keeps piling up for JLo.

Her 90 million dollar Vegas Residency is jeopardy because of lack luster concert and album sales.

"MGM is watching her not doing well on the road. They are very nervous," the insider explained. "It's pretty rare you have a poor tour and then go to Vegas."

Given the current circumstances, the insider shared that Lopez may see her potential $90 million deal significantly reduced, adding that a Lopez residency might now command just $600,000 to $650,000 per show with fewer performances.

Another source familiar with the MGM negotiations confirmed that no deal has been signed, though discussions are ongoing.

She's not popular with the youth (Gen Z) and not iconic enough among Millenials and Gen Xers to sell tickets at the level of Celine Dion or Madonna. She's becoming every stereotype about aging stars desperately clinging to fame.

I'd feel bad for her, as aging is rough for everyone, but her terribleness as a person means I can't deny I'm enjoying the schadenfreude. I watched the opening few minutes of her documentary where she's in a factory with a giant mechanical heart and I think it's supposed to represent her artistic struggle, and it's The Room levels of unintentional hilarity.

That sounds unlikely to me. I can't see JLo wanting to admit to failure on any front, especially her relationship with Ben. And I don't think Ben would be willing to play along. He's been so sullen about the media attention as it is.

Seeing some ego-filled balloons being burst (*coughDRAKEcough*) is a theme that's on 2024 BINGO card for me. I'd feel sorry for them if they both didn't seem like horrible people.
