What Maisie Knew is an upcoming comedy drama film co-directed by Scott McGehee and David Siegel. It stars Julianne Moore, Steve Coogan, Onata Aprile, and Alexander Skarsgård. It is an adaptation of the Henry James novel of the same name, set in modern-day New York City.
Plot
Maisie (Aprile), a seven year old girl, is caught in the middle of her parent's divorce. Her mother, Susanna (Moore), is a rock and roll star and her father, Beale (Coogan), is an art dealer.
