I enjoyed it for what it was. I've never seen all of the original so I have no attachment to it.

OK, I saw this and other than a few quick homages to the original, I thought this sucked, lol. Wow. All the stuff that made the first one fun was gone. And after a few fight scenes I just couldn't believe Farrell's character didn't have a broken back. The effects were cool though.

The only thing I liked about it, was how good Colin Farrell looks again. Did he stop drinking?

I think he's been clean since his Miami Vice burnout. He did look amazing, and pretty much the only thing that kept me watching too!

I actually didn't mind this one. I surprisingly liked Colin quite a bit, I don't remember the last movie with him that I thought that. I loved their spin on the Mars landscape. Pretty forgettable but it looked pretty.
