I’m glad you started off mentioning that Kanye West is very talented, because so much of the discussion around him has pretty much drowned out his musical contributions (partly his doing). I’ve listened to Donda and quite a few of the segments are great.
The only album that I found completely unlistenable was Jesus is King.

So Kanye is going off on how North should not be allowed to have a TikTok account, Kim responded back saying he's really making it difficult to co-parent and now Kanye is saying Kim tried to kidnap Chicago. Can he please get back on his meds?

Kanye West hit back at Kim Kardashian’s claims that she’s their children’s “main provider,” releasing a damning statement on Instagram Friday in which he accused his estranged wife of kidnapping one of their kids.

“What do you mean by main provider ? America saw you try to kid nap [sic] my daughter on her birthday by not providing the address,” West claimed in his caption alongside a screenshot of Kardashian’s earlier statement.

“You put security on me inside of the house to play with my son then accused me of stealing I had to take a drug test after Chicago’s party cause you accused me of being on drugs,” he alleged.

He’s not doing very well lately, is he? I actually agree with him on the TikTok thing, (Kim’s excuse of “I’m trying to help my daughter express herself” is ridiculous, have your 8 year old record videos and don’t share them with millions of people if it’s so important to her self-expression) but calling Kim out like this isn’t healthy.

I feel for Kim, but she had lots and lots of warning signs and red flags with Kanye. Team kids.

Why do elementary aged kids need to be promoting themselves (and stuff) on social media?

This is what's wrong with the world. Everyone is always marketing something or themselves. Now kids are onboard with it.

Also Kanye and Kim deserve each other. Both are insufferable.

I agree that a child, especially one as famous as North, does not need a Tik Tok. That seems dangerous. Although, I think the Kardashian’s are such fame whores, they just have no concept that this is a weird thing. I also think Kanye cares less about his child’s safety and more about control. I do feel bad for Kim because I imagine Kanye is nearly impossible to co parent peacefully with. It has to be stressful. From the little we know of the real her, she seems like someone who would be willing to work with him too. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure anyone with eyes could see this was going to be a nightmare and Kanye was a walking red flag. Team Kids.

I could be on Team Kids and Team I Don’t See How an Eight-Year-Old Needs a TikTok Account. Kim is doing this because she’s promoting her family as a brand. I question Kanye’s motivations, but I don’t question that he should have a say in whether his eight-year-old daughter has a TikTok account or not.

Kim won’t be able to shut down Kanye. He has money and is crazy. Never a good combination. Oh well. She married him and had 4 kids with him. He isn’t going anywhere. And will soon be her across the street neighbor.

I agree with everything here. Tik Tok is a VERY bad idea for an 8 year old. (Any 8 year old.) So, he has a right to express frustration about that. And she's gaslighting him with the "She just wants to express herself...." BUT... he escalates so quickly to "She kidnapped Chicago" bc she had a birthday party for her and he didn't know where it was, it makes his reasonable Tik Tok complaint look part of an assinine and insane complaint.

Marrying Kanye and having kids with him was always bound to end up this way. Which is why I'm side-eyeing Julia Fox right now. You couldn't pay me enough in money, exposure, Birkin Bags, and closet makeovers to put up with him.

Julia Fox is loving every second of this. I don’t think she’s there because she truly loves Kanye, she’s going to get her press and a Birkin bag and get out.

I mean, the argument isn't whether North should have TikTok--it's whether Kanye should be taking this public. Yes, Kim's brand is public, but deal with this issue in private rather than posting videos and claiming all sorts of crazy things (kidnapping).
