I went to see this today and I adored it, I really can't say enough great things about it. It was absolutely Pixar quality; even though it released by Disney Animation studios, and John Lasseter (of Pixar) was executive producer, it wasn't technically a Pixar flick. It's definitely the kind of movie where you don't have to be a video game geek to fully enjoy it, although there are some tiny little things (like the Konami code for example) that will go over your head. But again, even if you don't get those kinds of references, it doesn't matter. They're mostly just a hat tip to fans of nostalgic video games. Fix-it Felix Jr. quickly shot up there right next to Dory as one of my favorite animated characters. He's adorable.
Oh, and if you see it (please do), stay until the end of the credits. There's a bonus scene. And really, the credits themselves are fun to watch. They're animated like an 8-bit 80s arcade game; this whole movie simultaneously felt like an homage to and a spoof of old games.

I saw it when it came out and loved it. Really cute. I hate Sarah Silverman, so I thought her voice would drive me crazy, but she did a good job as Vannelope. And yeah, Felix was great. I'd see this in the theater again (but I'm kind of a Disney freak).

We watch this almost daily in my house and have seen the credits many times. What's the bonus scene?

In my classroom I have a system where when each class gets a certain number of points for good behavior, they get a cookie-and-movie day. The class points tend to be level with each other, which means that in the past two weeks I have watched the first 40 minutes of Wreck-it Ralph six times. I may never recover.
