Those predictions just get me more anxious to get my hands on Winds of Winter. I hope George is writing like a mofo to finish it.

I keep feeling like Aegon is the "little brother" mentioned in Cersei's prophecy. He's Rhaegar's second child, so he's a little brother, and the prophecy--as far as I remember and can internet-detective--only mentions THE little brother, not Cersei's specifically.

Yeah, I always go back and forth on that too. Cersei has always thought it was about Tyrion, forgetting that Jaime is technically her little brother too. So it being Jaime would definitely shock her. But even more surprising would be someone who is just a little brother in general, not her little brother. I've seen theories that indicate the little brother could also be Stannis (who is Robert's little brother). My money is still on Jaime, since that would move him from his whole life revolving around Cersei to removing him from his life permanently, and that would have a big emotional punch (and if Jaime were in a situation where he had to choose between Cersei living or Brienne living, at this point in the game I think he would choose Brienne). I also wonder about the younger, more beautiful queen who will take everything she holds dear. That seems like Dany on the surface, but even though she's not supposed to be a great beauty like Cersei, Margaery seems to fit the bill. She's already tied to Joffrey's death.

I'm even willing to entertain that it's Sandor. When Cersei has her trial by combat, I wouldn't be surprised if it's going to be "Robert Strong" *cough*FrankenGregor*cough* vs. whomever the Faith chooses and I think it will be the gravedigger Brienne saw on Quiet Isle who is actually Sandor.
If Sandor beats Gregor, he'll be the "little brother" who seals Cersei's fate with death.
As for Aegon, I think he's a fake. Either a Blackfyre pretender (possibly even Illyio and Serra's child) or a random baby Varys and Illyrio selected to grow up to pretend to be Aegon. I think the real boy got his head smashed in as originally described.

I too believe Aegon is fake. But if he is a fake, who is the third dragon's head? Jon is pretty much a Targ, plus Dany so that leaves 1 missing.
I hope George is being speedy cause the 4th season is about to start already. They're getting close to the books.
And about the Cersei prophecy, maybe the queen is Sansa? Baelish is planning on making her queen of winterfell. Or princess? I don't know but it would be awesome.

Manderly sent Davos to fetch Rickon so I think Rickon will end up the lord of Winterfell. Bran is destined to become a tree. If Sansa does anything, I think she'll be able to forge some political alliances to help restore the north and the riverlands.
If he's a Blackfyre he still has Targaryen blood, just from a line of bastard rebels so he could still technically qualify. It'll be interesting since it's pretty much a given that Dany and fAegon will be fighting each other.
I don't know if you've read The Princess and the Queen but it documents the first Dance of the Dragons which happened about 170 years before the main timeline. It was brutal with a lot of human and dragon deaths. I expect this to be much the same.
Oh, and I think JonCon will be Patient Zero for a greyscale plague in Westeros, so between ongoing war, winter, a plague, and a zombie apocalypse, life is going to suck pretty badly.

I don't know how likely this is, but I would love to see Sansa come roaring back and kick some ass. I don't want anything bad to happen to Rickon, but I would love to see Sansa as ruler of Winterfell after she learns to embrace her Stark-ness and becomes a little more kick ass. She should grow to become a tough but fair queen of Winterfell who has learned a bit of the political savvy her father lacked and gives Baelish the boot after he places her on the throne (most of this shit is his fault, after all).

I've heard that too and I really hope not. If Tyrion were not Tywin's it would really diminish the difficult father-son relationship they've had. Tyrion is supposed to be Tywin writ small and it would be cheap to take that away from them.
Besides, when asked about how the children of mothers who died in childbirth were named, GRRM said:
I doubt Aerys sent Tywin a raven with a list of baby names.

I think it would amply Tyrion's angst. His "father" hated him due to the hatred he held for the King that violated his beloved. It lead to Joanna's death. It emasculated Tywin. And the King's bastard would be a living, breathing reminder of the rape, and would bear Tywin's name, and claim to his family's fortunes and titles. That's a lot of angst. As for the name thing? I got nothing. Maybe Joanna had already told Tywin that was the name she wanted? And Tyrion is GRRM's avatar, so I could see him writing himself in as part of the family with dragons.
