Very Summery dress, she looks great as usual, not sure if it's dressy enough for the Tonys though.
I went back and looked more closely at the dress, I thought it was a printed pattern but it's beading and sequins. I guess that makes it dressy but now all I see is heaviness and discomfort.

The color is great, but that's the only positive I can find. I think she should have work her air out, in an Afro. I saw pictures of her out and about with her hair in a fro and it was so cute.

I don't like what's going on with her hair, is the pouf meant to echo the flounce on the dress? It's a try and a miss for me, but the color is sensation on her.
