I always think that style of halter (where there's a cuff around the neck that barely connects to the rest of the dress) is so difficult to wear. It doesn't really work on anyone.

Damn. I think that might be a personal best for her. She's kind of a train wreck sometimes on the red carpet. She looks really nice here.

I absolutely love Mindy and her style, and this is no exception. My favorite thing about how she dresses is that she seems totally unashamed of not having a typical skinny Hollywood body. She exudes confidence in everything she wears and totally rocks it.

I love the top of the dress on her, I don't like where the belt hits. I think if it was a little lower it would lengthen out her torso and make her look taller. The way the dress is cut isn't the most flattering for her. That said, the color is gorgeous, and even though it's not ideal...she's still fabulous.
