What accent is Ana supposed to have? It changed w/ every scene. I think it's supposed to be German, based on the story she told of Mr Jarvis smuggling her out of Germany during the war.

Yeah, but at times it sounded Scottish & Southern. Then I heard her mention Germany. And I thought, that's not German honey. It was really, really distracting.

The actress is Dutch, and she also does a Scottish accent for Outlander.

Well her Scottish accent is more believable than whatever she was attempting in this. It's my only quibble for season 2.

I was reading the transcript from a podcast and her accent is supposed to be Hungarian. It obviously didn't sound that way to everyone who watched the show.

That's crazy talk. Everyone in America knows that a Hungarian accent sounds like Lisa Douglass from Green Acres!

Mrs. Jarvis didn't really bother me (I grew up listening to Ensign Chekov), but I was startled a few times when Peggy herself ended a British sentence in Amurrican. Hayley Attwell is half American so I suppose she can be excused, but it brought me right out of the story a few times. She never slipped in the films or last season.

I loved Peggy's backstory juxtaposed with Whitney's. So good.
Jarvis continues to be the best. The bantering with Peggy, the tranq gun, all of it. He's so much fun and so very loyal to Peggy. British Besties for the win!
Whitney is a great villain because she, like Betty, has been underestimated and she's a freaking genius.
And the triangle...I hate triangles, but the one they are developing between Peggy/Daniel/Wilkes has been pretty well done. I don't hate any of them for their feelings. Both guys are great and in many ways would be perfect for her.
