Michelle was doling out marriage advice a month or so ago. To summarize: keep your husband happy by having sex whenever he wants. These two are shameless.

The People article referenced the cheating and porn aspects of Josh's activities, but not the repeated diddling of his little sisters and their friend over many years. So yeah, the bad husband bit, but not the pedophelia bit.

This is a good example of why the Duggars will never have serious money troubles, with or without TLC: LINKWhen it comes to keeping money flowing into the homophobic, sexist, racist, pro-life ignorant agenda these fuckers have each other's backs, and they're not stupid. Even if Jim Bob were to be caught up in a major scheme, like his friend Kent Hovind, he'd come out relatively unscathed. The only way to defeat these people is to keep society moving in the right direction and away from their agenda. They may have nice homes and plenty of money in the bank, but they will feel the sting of defeat nonetheless.

Remove what from the house? The biggest "sensual material" in the house is the presence of females. Remove all the women?

Here's an example of why the Duggar kids will never truly leave their "faith": LINKDespite the scandals, they are still very welcome to join in on evangelical moneymaking schemes. They are still welcome in the most extreme circles, which sadly, are also the circles with the most money floating around. Living Waters is owned by Ray Comfort, you know, this guy. People love to laugh at him, but at the end of the day he's a con artist who has found himself the perfect targets. He loves when people mock him. It means more money in his pockets. His God is money, same as the Duggars. The difference is, I don't think the Duggars (aside from Jim Bob) have the self-awareness and insight to realize that. Those kids really think they are shilling paper in the name of the Lord.

I'm sure TLC and Duggars want that special to turn into a reboot -- and maybe it will work that way -- but like I said upthread, TLC apparently is struggling to find advertisers. Any company that buys up time is going to get boycotts and bad press.

I used to watch TLC all the time-Trading Spaces, What Not to Wear and the like. There is nothing I watch anymore except the occasional Say Yes to the Dress, but there are only so many times I can watch them trot out Stripper Fairy Dresses. Now we get the Duggars, Gosselins, and Roloffs. No thanks.

There was a What Not to Wear marathon over the holiday weekend, but due to my personal TLC boycott, I didn't watch any of the episodes. I enjoyed WNTW but I refuse to give TLC any more views to add to their numbers. I wish this family would go away from public sight.
