I think all the fbombs put it firmly in the R category, but I believe a 15-year-old would be fine. Then again, I grew up in the eighties and probably watched Porkys way before I should have so YMMV.

Wow, good point. I still haven't seen Porky's but I'm pretty immune to most f bombs--I clearly don't notice them unless they're way out of context.

I took my dad and step mother to see this yesterday for father's day and we all really enjoyed it. My step mother did remark that she didn't think she'd heard the f word so many times in all of her (85 years old) life. But great movie. Very funny, solid spy story. As mentioned in the thread, many competent women. I didn't even mind Jude Law, although Jason Statham was really funny. And he made his own suit! Then sailed off for the coast...

Well the girlfriend and I got to see this finally yesterday and we both enjoyed it. She really liked it and it was the most I have seen her laugh at a movie this year. Her daughter was not in attendance and I now think it is the language that gave it the R rating. I feel the crowd really enjoyed the film as well. I was surprised how funny Statham was and how different he was with disguises on. My favorite line was their exchange in the casino after he basically said that anyone he loved was killed or maimed. Her comeback with "So everyone you loved has died? Well maybe they all just hated being around you and killed themselves!" They were good together.

I saw this the other night and liked it but didn't love it. I thought all the actors were really great and there and were definitely some funny parts but something just felt flat to me. I like Identity Theft better. I also like the pairing of Paul Fieg and McCarthy but I think he keeps trying to recreate what Bridesmaids was and it just isn't hitting for me. Statham was funny and I always love Rose Byrne. I think Melissa is a terrific actress all around and would like to see her in a few more St. Vincent type roles next.

Saw this on Friday and totally enjoyed it. I'm a Melissa McCarthy fan and was happy to see her shine in a starring role like this. The only thing I didn't like was the recurring gag of vermin in the office - bats, rats, mice. Didn't think it added to anything in the overall plot. Loved her co-worker friend. She was funny, and a 50 Cent fan!

I finally saw this. So much fun!! Jason Statham stole all of his scenes and Melissa McCarthy carried the movie really well. That was a really fun summer comedy.

Saw it again this weekend and it has lost none of its appeal. Melissa is great but really this is a solid supporting cast that made the movie. Allison Janney was rock solid again as the CIA director with her amazing deadpan delivery and Jason, well, he does have a sense of humor.
