I like her, but she does seem pretty immature.

Ellen is not immature at all! I never got that vibe from her. In fact she seems like a really level headed person in public. She is a great interviewer and able to carry an hour long talk show successfully with grace and humor and not offend anyone, no small feat these days. I'd like to talk to her for an hour and I'm sure I'd really enjoy her company. Okay, who hasn't acted with their heart instead of their head when in love? But I've bever seen nor heard of her acting immature in public. To her credit she has never whined about anything personal in public or on her show, and she has the ability to make a joke out of awkward situations. I guess I disagree.

I want to like her, but I find both her sitcom and talk show rather mundane and boring. And I hate the dancing.

Hey, pachouli, me too! I thought the funniest scene was when Bill Pullman came out of the bathroom and started reciting poetry at her in that deep, growly voice. Her face was hilarious!

Well, clearly the actress's mother isn't playing with a full deck either.
