It's so absurdly over the top. I love it too.
I'm afraid to go into the previously.tv forum for it because I'm sure there's a TV fundamentalist who posts screeds about all the things the show gets wrong about Britain and royalty and palace protocol and line to the throne and... You get the idea.

I can't decide how I feel about the recast/ surgeried up Princess. I have always wondered how the Kardashian's men feel about all the artifice - the fact that they wake up with someone who looks nothing like the woman they had dinner with the night before. Apparently, based on the Patsy's reaction, it doesn't matter that everyone in the world knows what that girl really looked like, and the fact that she's not at all bright. She's hot now, and that's all that matters.
I wonder why the recast.
I also wonder what Fergie did to piss off the writers, because they sure don't seem to like Beatrice and Eugenie.
Do we know who the mother of Penelope and Maribel is? If she turns out to be a bawdy redhead I will die.

This is one of my most guiltiest of pleasures. It's terribly trashy and over-the-top, but I love The Queen and Eleanor as well as KingPrince Liam.

Glad they found a way to get the good late king back on the show. I feel like he wasn't given much of a chance (the actor and the character) to establish himself before he was murdered.
The current, evil, one-nut king reminds me of Rick Mercer.

I finally got caught up. Loved the last 2 episodes. Helena kicks every kind of ass there is. "Enjoy cancer!" I suppose the shocked look on her face at the end was because Simon's body wasn't in the tomb.
I kind of love Jasper and the Princess. He's damn focused on her, and while I suppose that would get old I bet it's damn nice for a while.
So glad we probably won't have to endure Ophelia anymore, but dang - talk about throwing someone to the wolves! Liam couldn't have pulled Tim into the car with him?
Rachel is starting to scare me- she schemes more than Helena!
I can't wait for Season 3
