The casting of Jason’s dad was perfect, that dude totally looks like he could be related to Manny Jacinto. IMDb says he’ll be in another episode too!

Finally caught up--still love this show so much. Jason's dad was great, a really good mix of hilarious and just a little sad. I really love how this show never drags out a bit--I feel like other, inferior shows would have made Trevor's arc last four episodes. Janet's recurring thing for Jason is great. Also Jameela's delivery of "that is...indeed...what Jason told you" when they were saving Pillboi was just perfect.

The writers of the Good Place are the best! I always think they won't surprise me, but yet they do.
And D'Arcy Carden is my favorite!!! Janet playing Eleanor who's pretending to be Jason just so she can talk to Chidi was my favorite scene last night.
I forking love this show!

They really made D'Arcy Carden do a lot of heavy lifting last night. I love Ted Danson on this show. His talent is endless.

D'Arcy was fabulous. She had everyone's mannerisms down pat, and her Jason and Tahani were spot on. I'm excited to see where they go now that they're in the good place.

I hope they submit that episode for Emmy consideration for D’arcy, that was incredible. The craziest thing was I could tell the difference between Jason and Eleanor pretending to be Jason!
Plus, the intro of Neutral Janet was a delight.

D’Arcy Carden is a genius, and should get all the awards immediately. She played six forking characters in one 22-minute episode of a sitcom! And pulled them off wonderfully! That is not thing that ever really happens!
