It seems to be becoming more clear that Michael has met his match when it comes to Eleanor and I mean that in the best way possible.

I love the unexpected curve balls the show throws at us, they completely blew up Take 2 right off the bat. I totally thought they were going to drag that out more.
It seemed to me like the four humans all retained some kind of memory of what happened before. The fact that Eleanor didn't drink at all and wasn't nearly as much of an asshole as she was on day 1 during the first go-round seems to indicate that at least a little bit of her character growth remains.

It wasn't as Laugh Out Loud funny as the first season, but I need to get back into it, too, since it's so clever. Forking Fantastic show. Where were the Writing Emmy nominations for this one?!?!?

I've been rewatching season one on Netflix and it is still an absolute delight the second time around.

They really surprised me, and I have no idea what's next. I also expected a much longer detective process with the "Find Chidi" note. I got a kick out of (fake) Real Eleanor's unhappiness, and her asking for the limp. The mismatched soulmates had me cackling too. One more reminder why if the current Mr. Rio goes first there will not be a subsequent Mr. Rio.

I'm going to go to the gym! *Strips off shirt and runs away.* I LOVE that we get to see the machinations behind the scenes. Gunner wanting to bite everyone was cracking me up. Fake "real" Eleanor's misery at being relegated to a bit part, and Tahani and Jason's misery with their "soul-mates" was hilarious.

I love that we're getting the perspective of the demons.

This show just keeps getting funnier and funnier, and it started out pretty damn funny.

Seriously. I love how unpredictable it is. Like I can't even imagine what is going to happen in the rest of the season. I have to say I've never been that much of a Ted Danson fan before. I didn't dislike him, I just thought he was fine in things but never particularly funny. But he is so good in this. He plays exasperated and irritated so well. My favourite was him reacting to Jason figuring it out.

My favourite was him reacting to Jason figuring it out. I know! That was awesome, even the idiot figured it out. Although my favorite reboot came when Eleanor figured it out because she heard Michael talking about his plan because he left the door open to his office. The montages of all the failed attempts was so funny, I love how the theme for the food places kept changing. And for real, chowder would only be in a fountain in the Bad Place.
