French election Macron emails leaked I'm not up to speed with french politics but there is an embargo on campaigns/info from the Friday before elections i think, so whatever these leaks are, I say shenanigans!! At this point and time in 2017 and beyond, anything that needs a public vote or a vote of any kind, if you want me to vote for u or ur ideals and not draw a daft doodle on the ballot sheet( i will always use my vote but i may choose to spoil it) prove to me you are not up to nasty/evil/just inhumane shenanigans! |

Rachel was talking to Richard Engle, who is in Paris, about the hacks. He had spoken directly to the French investigators, and they know it was Fancy Bear/ APT 28 again. Same fine folks that hacked Hillary. Dumped everything on Facebook 4 minutes before the media ban on talking about the election. So Macron can't respond anymore than he did in the 4 minute window. That's why Rachel was so on it. French media can't be, so she is doing it in the hope that French voters might see her show.

They are calling the win for Macron now. Thank god. Le Pen can go slither back into whatever puddle of vomit she came out of.
And thank god this proves that the Russian shenanigans didn't work this time. Macron got hacked too, and Wikileaks distributed it. But the French media reported on it responsibly (i.e., they largely ignored it) and Macron's people were prepared to be hacked, and intentionally posted fake documents to see if they would get leaked too (and they did).
