That's a gorgeous dress. And it looks like the back neck drape is a hood that can be pulled up so she can cover her hair when needed.

That Diana comparison is interesting- Kate’s also has the buttons on the arms, so it does seem like it’s referencing her. The color is gorgeous, and I love that’s it’s ombre.

I read the dress is a Catherine Walker? She was one of Diana's close friends.
I wish both Duchesses would stop with the Diana references. I understand that a lot of thought goes into the symbolism of each royal outfit, from the color up to the jewels, but it's just enough already. Do we need to be reminded every time?

I really liked the diagonal stripes on the skirt--until I realized that was the shadow of the stair rail.

They visited a school for girls in Islamabad today. TLo are giving her high marks on her looks so far. I have seen a lot of praise on Twitter from people in Pakistan for her wearing Pakistani designers and labels. One thing about Kate is the fit is always impeccable. I think my favorite has been the royal blue outfit, but I also like the nod to the Pakistani national flag in her outfit to meet the prime minister. I also love her hair right now. The length and color are great and she's seemed to let go of the sausage curls.

She’s also really good at being thoughtful about her looks. There are always little touches to the host country through jewelry or color, it shows how much thought she and her team put into her clothes.
This tour is super interesting to me because it will be interesting to see how she blends her style with Pakistani influences. So far I think she’s hitting it out of the park.

I'm jealous she has a legitimate reason to wear a shalwar kameez. I love them and think they look wonderfully flattering and comfortable, but it would be serious cultural appropriation for this white woman in Minnesota to wear one.

Wow, they both look really good. I love the colors Kate has been wearing on this tour.
