The rickshaw!!! It’s so cute. Earlier this week the Kensington Royal Instagram had a story with someone painting a rickshaw in honor of their visit, I wonder if this is it.

This tour is super interesting to me because it will be interesting to see how she blends her style with Pakistani influences. So far I think she’s hitting it out of the park. I'm jealous she has a legitimate reason to wear a shalwar kameez. I love them and think they look wonderfully flattering and comfortable, but it would be serious cultural appropriation for this white woman in Minnesota to wear one. An aside, but get yourself an invite to a Southeast Asian event! I can't speak on behalf of the whole desi community, but generally people appreciate when folks make an effort to show up in traditional dress. On topic: Kate (and her team) are hitting it out of the park, and I love William's sherwani. |

I liked both of the dark green looks on W&K, but thought her dress was a tad too long. I just can't forgive dresses dragging on the ground. I haven't seen pics of the kids, so I guess they didn't make the trip. Charlotte and George are both in school now.  |

They visited Northern Pakistan today. Love these photos. After all the colorful outfits yesterday, it's dull earth tones today, but I think it does fit with the setting and what they are doing. Just not my favorite outfit on Kate! She looks like she's enjoying herself. |

Matt Lauer (allegedly) tried his damnedest to get Pippa a job at NBC. Ew.  ETA: I read through some of the quotes from that interview, and he's absolutely vile. I cannot believe how he was able to keep such a clean rep for so long. He clearly invited her to sit down for an interview just to talk about her ass and butt. What a creep. And it's sickening that so many people protected him for so long. With that out of the way, I still don't understand why people go up for this basic chick. She is completely bland, and her ass is no where near amazing. I still cannot fathom how she blew up over that dress/her butt in it. I must need "basic bitch" glasses or something. |
