Changing the subject from HologramDad (coming this Fall on the CW!), I was flipping around last night and the Kardashians Do Kovid episode was on. For someone "so sick" and "quarantining all my myself for weeks in my bedroom" Khloe had a full face of make-up on. Priorities.
Also, speaks to her doormat personality with men that she was gushing about how Tristan 'really stepped up' to 'help with True' while she was sick. He's her father--shouldn't that be what's expected and doesn't need to be praised like he found the cure for cancer?

Do you think that Khloe is really OJ's daughter? I don't follow them closely but I fell down the Hologram Dad rabbit hole last night and when someone posted that -- I had never heard it, but I kinda see it.

I've heard that, but I don't think it's true. I think her bio dad is actually a dude named Alex Roldan, who was Kris's hairdresser for years. Before Khloe changed her face, the resemblance was pretty striking. |

I don’t think she’s related to OJ and I never got the impression that Kris was ever interested in OJ. I think that’s just a rumor that got started because it’s as juicy as it could get. I do think her biological father is probably Alex Roldan. They look quite similar. Regardless, Robert and Khloe considered themselves father and daughter so that’s probably all that really matters.

My mom died when I was a teenager. There aren't enough words for how deeply upsetting I would find a hologram of my dead mother and I say that as someone who's in a pretty good place regarding her death. I almost wonder what Kanye's real motivation was. Does he really, really want her to divorce him? If someone did this to me I think I'd try to find a sympathetic judge who would grant me a permanent restraining order. But that's just me, maybe Kim truly loved it and Kanye knew she would love it.

I almost wonder what Kanye's real motivation was. Does he really, really want her to divorce him? I seriously doubt he gives her or anyone else that much thought. In fact, I bet his only thought was how to use expensive technology and social media to publicly celebrate himself. |

If it had been done from a place of love, and he had done it privately and maybe used the technology to recreate a special memory or something, I can just MAYBE see it. Instead they had to do it publicly and have her dad throwing praise Kanye's way making it a big joke which is cruel. |

I sort of found it sweet, though still incredibly creepy. Rob Sr does praise Kanye, but in the other parts of the video he reminisces about special times he had with Kim "remember singing in the car to this song, remember how we'd do blah blah blah?" I found that sweet because those are memories of her father Kim must have shared with Kanye, and he remembered them and valued how special they were to her. Rob Sr also talks about how proud he is for Kim getting involved in law and being a credit to her Armenian heritage. (I want to put Rob Sr in scare quotes.)
Kanye also lost his mother and was very traumatized by it, so I don't think he did this without any awareness of the grief Kim feels, but must have known it would have some meaning to her. I'm actually very surprised that he was this thoughtful.
Still...creepy too.
