I follow Gyles B on Twitter. That guy never stops! He seems to be always touring, on tv, promoting one of the books he’s written. I wish I had his energy. Not sure how old he is, but getting up there. I will check out the podcast. I’m not really into poetry but I’ll give it a try.

I've always liked Camilla. Her and Charles seem to really be in love and I'm glad they got their happy ending. It's unfortunate that people were hurt along the way, but if Diana hadn't been young and beautiful I think more people would've been sympathetic to their love story.

I get a strong sense from that article that Camilla and Charles are well-matched and share the same interests. Maybe part of that is age too. Diana was never into quiet hobbies such as reading and gardening. She perhaps might have grown to like those things if she hadn’t died so young. Diana wanted to live life fully, especially after her split from Charles. Paradise for her was never sitting quietly surrounded by books.
Camilla has definitely grown on me. I hated her back in the day and was spitting mad when it was announced that she and Charles were getting hitched. Also, nice move putting Harry and Meghan’s wedding photo in pride of place. That might appease them. But I also think Camilla was getting a point across by basically shrugging and saying “what’cha gonna do?” regarding all the scrutiny/vitriol she experienced back in the 90s when her affair was Charles went public. She kept her head down and worked hard to gain the public’s trust.

I like that she's upfront about being a feminist.

Camilla looks miserable. I'm sure part of it is the death of TQ but I also like to imagine she's dreading the business of it all and just wants her gin and tonic.

I like Camilla! And people really need to move on. If she were considered beautiful, people would have moved on but it really bothers people that Camilla isn’t attractive. Although to be honest, Camilla was perfectly fine looking when she was younger and she aged as people do.

I like Camilla too. And Charles! I loved the inkwell video in KC's thread because it was funny and neurotic without being hateful, manufactured drama and I hope we get some more great moments from these two.

Count me in as a Camilla fan. To be truthful, I was kind of over Diana and her histrionics before her untimely death, and was pleased when Charles and Camilla were finally able to wed. Camilla never looked lovelier than on that day, has really not had any missteps in years, and just seems so down to earth and without airs.
I am most excited to see what happens with all those tiaras I assume she can now access. She can definitely work the big guns as we have seen, but I'd like her to give the Vladimir a spin. Catherine doesn't seem to be into bling, but it would be fun to see her in something besides the overdone Cambridge Lovers Knot, maybe a more delicate tiara that hasn't been worn in years or ever. Same goes for Sophie Wessex, who was saddled with quite possibly the ugliest wedding tiara of all time and has paid her dues in loyal service and then some.

Camilla often has some brooch or other detail that is really interesting- I like to imagine her scouring ebay and othe resale sites for quirky, interesting accessories. She just graduated to the VIP level of The Real Real.
