The judge perpetually reminding Elaine, "No one can hear you if you don't turn on your microphone" was my favorite.
A change couldn't hurt but unfortunately for Amber, a lawyer who is good on their foot is not needed so much for an appeal. An appeal is about point of law, and I don't think Amber has anything in the way of viable grounds. I think her best chance is trying to get the judgment amount reduced.
