Poor baby. 😬 I think that's what triggered this revelation. The ex-girlfriend saw a photo of his pregnant girlfriend on social media and wrote "LEAVE HIM" above the photo in big block letters. I keep in mind that there is always another side of the story, and the text chains she posted were selectively edited. Nonetheless, there's no getting around all the ways he put her down, or how often he kept threatening to end the relationship if she didn't meet his terms. Very creepy how she had to repeat his rules back to him. He said stuff to her like he would never be with someone who models for a living. Pretty much all pro surfers model in some way (swimwear, wetsuits, etc) - that's how they make their living. Preventing her from posting videos of herself surfing is also preventing her from doing a very basic part of her job. |

Hilarious that he was putting down models when the new gf’s mom and sister are both models….. Gotta think his attitude stems from the fact that he’s never managed to convince a model to date him.
He dated a surfer and then was annoyed when she surfs, wears a bikini and posts pictures of herself wearing a bikini while surfing.
Sad how many men & women are justifying his shitty and controlling behaviour. He was just upfront about what he wanted! Yeah no he was controlling his gf and trying wear her down into a nub until
she stoped surfing, spending time with friends and doing anything that made happy and was completely isolated and dependent on him.

He's had a reputation for being a jerk forever, so this does not shock me. I hope it can serve as a wake-up call to young women that they don't have to put up with this nonsense from men. He's had enough therapy to be able to weaponize therapy-speak against his girlfriends. "Respect my boundaries by not posting pictures of yourself on social media" That's not what respecting boundaries actually means. There are so many red flags in the texts. He's an insecure baby-man.
He actually met Sarah by sliding into her DMs, so that's why he was so threatened by her surfing pics. He was afraid of other guys doing the same thing and her responding.

This whole situation is so gross on so many levels. What he did was clearly abusive and coercive. And he deserves any fallout that happens. Maybe, just maybe, this will be a learning experience for him, and he'll go find a better therapist.
I really feel sorry for his current GF, I can't imagine having a bomb like this, 4 weeks after you gave birth.
