We are aware of those posts and will have them toned down if enough people are put off by it. Meanwhile, perhaps best to avoid that thread if it is upsetting in any way.

I was slogging through the Celebrity forum to see if Amber Heard has her own thread (she doesn’t) and I noticed a few celebrities have 2 threads: Paul Bettany (pages 59 & 62); Alan Cumming (pages 54 &63); and Lindsey Lohan (pages 4 & 36, which is locked). I was also amused to see we had a “Tom and Katie’s Amazing Divorce” thread which got up to 107 pages! 😆 Why yes, I’m procrastinating doing what I’m supposed to be doing….

What does ticking the little box beside threads do?
Super observant me just only noticed, ticked by accident quickly untucked in case i made something vanish!

Don't worry, you can't make anything vanish. Ticking the boxes allows you to mark the topics as read, unread, etc, for navigational purposes.
