Oh my God.
I am a lurker of the quietest variety, but this nastiness forces me to post. I hate Vincent Gallo so much. I was at the Toronto Film Festival the year stupid, disgusting Brown Bunny made its appearance, and to my ever-lasting horror, we ended up at the same party. (Friend of a friend of a cousin, etc. was on the crew and thinks Vincent is some sort of God.) I had to listen to him talk, and I know that I became stupider and a less worthwhile person because of it. Seriously. He would not shut up, and he thought he was soooo smart and sooooo interesting. I think the worst part of it was that he kept "explaining" how "brilliant" he was because he was able to generate buzz and gain attention via controversy. Like that concept was so incredibly novel.
I can just picture him dreaming up this sperm thing. You know he'll film every disgusting detail of it and inflict it on the world. I wonder why he didn't just call Chloe Sevigny. She clearly isn't busy.
Once I perfect my flux capacitor, I'm totally going back in time to throw a drink in his ugly face.

I think that Buffalo 66 is a really good movie.

VG is like a child and he's trying to provoke--he's an idiot but don't even waste your anger on him. It gives him too much satisfaction.

Hard to tell because of all his dirty hair. I'm 5'11'' in heels, and he did seem to be about equal with me....maybe a little shorter. He's a little guy, physically, though. A pocket asshole.

But it must be said that I agree with jaghetersimon, Buffalo 66 is a great movie.

Oh my god. I can't stop laughing. The only movie I have seen Vincent Gallo in is Arizona Dreaming and he is definitely strange. There is one part in the movie where the character he plays does a scene for a talent show out of North by Northwest. In the extras in the French version of the DVD Johnny Depp goes into fits of uncontrollable laughter describing the filming of this. He said the Director would call cut but Vincent would not stop until his bit would end which lasted about 15 minutes and this went on for about 2 days. The Director would call cut Vincent would continue everyone else would get up go get coffee whatever and Vinnie would be throwing himself on the floor still performing. He had quite a few tales of how strange he was and this was coming from Johnny!

He is just EEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! Every. Single. Thing about him is just repulsive. He is also completely batshit crazy. The craziness was super obvious when he was putting curses on Roger Ebert, but this sperm thing is like a new high on the "Totally Nuts Scale."

What an incredible stupid way to try and get your name in the spotlight again. I guess he missed all the notoriety from the "Brown Bunny" hoopla.
