I apologize if he already has a thread; I did a search but didn't find one.
Anyway, just wanted to post because last night I saw the trailer for his upcoming movie, Take the Lead, and oh boy, was he looking hot!
I don't normally find him all that attractive; most of the time, I think he looks sweaty. But every now and again, he just takes my breath away. Watching him dance in this trailer ... well, let's just say I can't wait to see this movie.

He will forever have my love for his contributions to Shrek 2. So what if we didn't see his face...he had great comedic timing. And I know I may be alone in this regard, but I can't wait to see his spin-off movie. I think there's great potential there.
And didn't there used to be some threat on FT entitled "Sexy/Ugly"? If so, then IMO that's where he falls. I think he's kind of rough around the edges, but at the same time, there's something incredibly attractive about him.

Friends worked with him on a movie VERY early in his career. Said he had the worst BO ever and spoke almost no English, which is why he had no idea Madonna wanted to have sex with him in "Truth or Dare." Also said he was sweet and entertained everyone on the set playing his guitar and singing Spanish songs.
He desperately wanted to play the Phantom in the movie of Phantom of the Opera. Long ago he and Catherine Zeta-Jones were going to star in it. I don't think he would have been worse than the guy they ended up with, who was hot but couldn't really sing it.
I don't know how he even pretends to still enjoy looking at the jumble of plastic and silicone parts that is his wife. That's proof of some serious acting ability right there.

I thought he was the epitome of sweet, dumb sexiness in The Mambo Kings. He's lost alot of his luster with age and his marriage to Melanie Griffith. (ugh)

I first saw him in the Amoldovar films he did in the '80s and had a huge crush on him then. I definitely preferred his clean-cut look he had then. Then, suddenly, he came to the US and married Melanie Griffith and I was left with a feeling of WTF? I thought he was so much cooler than that!

Was that an Amoldovar (too lazy to check now)? He looked very handsome, and young in the Zorro sequel. When he first married Melanie, I thought he was just using her to have a home in Hollywood while he got his bearings. Now that it's lasted, I think differently and like him a lot better. (I think he must have a thread here. It's very difficult to go through all the pages to make sure. I never have any luck with the searches.)

The first time that I saw AB was in Interview with the Vampire. He was all wrong for the part as written by Anne Rice, but, woah mama! He appeared on screen and my jaw dropped. That happens so rarely to me that I usually end up having a permanent crush on the actor.
It's not like I'm the hugest fan in the world, but I think he's very, very pretty.

Yeah, he's hot. He was always hot, most noticably in Interview With a Vampire. Between him, Brad Pitt and a formerly Non-Crazy Tom Cruise that movie could have burned down the theaters. But I like that he's currently playing these Dad roles, it's ten times hotter for me. He was hot as a young man, but he's aged just fantastic.
He was OK in Tie Me Up, but I tend to dislike Pedro A. movies for their European Misogynistic flavor, and AB caught the backlash of that for me.
I like that he's stuck with Melanie Griffith, although she's a "woman of a certain age" who seems to know that he's hotter than her. ( I like that she claimed a guy hotter than her. Eat that, Don Johnson.)
Edited to add: I reread this note and wondered if I could fit in just a few more hots. Hot, Hot, Hot!

Yeah right. He's stuck with Melanie Griffith is right. Maybe because he has side dishes in his native Spain. All Spain knows about the mistresses that ke keeps there and they were quite proud of it.
The tourist guide we had when we toured Spain and Portugal a couple of years ago even pointed out the house of one of them.

I've always disliked Melanie Griffith because she's such a shallow moron. So I was disappointed to hear that Antonio married her. But I guess it's cool that he's still with her as her alleged hotness has faded with age and plastic surgery. Therefore I've changed my mind about the marriage to Melanie. I won't hold it against him. Dare I say it, he must really (gulp) love her. I guess there's more to Melanie than meets the eye.
