I would like to see Courtney act again, actually. She was fantastic in Larry Flynt. I know some people say she was only good because she was playing herself. Much like Doll Parts is only decent because Kurt wrote it. I get that she's a total mess of a human being but it's unfair that any successful artistic endeavors she's managed are always chalked up to any reason but Courtney's talent.

Completely agree with you there, huntergrayson. I don't know why it's so hard for some to believe that she could be talented and a complete fuck up at the same time. Isn't that pretty much the description of every artist ever?

It's a shame, but I doubt she'll ever make another movie - and no, Gwyneth, you twit, it has nothing to do with her weight.

I can actually believe that she might be as tall as she claims. I've read many fan encounter stories that mentioned how surprisingly tall she is.

I just saw "Hits So Hard;" it was interesting to see some of the old footage. Courtney was interviewed a lot in the movie and she comes off the way she usually does: brutally honest, rambling, funny, self-involved.

I cannot believe that Courtney is lying about her height at her age! That's something you do when you're a teenager and want to pretend you are taller! She's almost 50. At most she is 5'8.

My whole 4 a.m. to 5 a.m. sugar thing is a problem. When I lived at the Mercer Hotel, they literally called an admin meeting on how to make the perfect warm sugar cookie for me in the middle of the night. Last night I got into some Jeni's Ice cream in Ugandan Vanilla Bean. I stopped doing dope in the nineties, but I've had to eat sweets at 4 or 5 a.m. ever since.

I am sure that the "Courtney's sugar cookie" meeting must have been loads of fun for the staff involved. She must be a nightmare to deal with. I also love how she still claims to be sober. Sweetie, nobody really believes that anymore, you can stop pretending now.

She is 5'11. Kurt was about 5'9-5'10". I stood next to him way back in the day and was surprised that he was actually that tall as he looks short in photos. I'm 5'4".
