Honestly, when I saw this thread I thought that she had bit the big one. What a waste of space. I play her daughter on Nationstates and I just feel so sorry for the girl. I just caught the E! pre-American Idol finale red carpet thing (what is up with that?), and Courtney was there with Frances. Courtney's face looked messed up because of the plastic surgery and she was wearing something really ugly, but she seemed clean and not too annoying. She seemed kind of...(dare I say it?)...Mom-like. She was there for her kid, because this is a thing they are enjoying together. I don't know, I thought it was sweet. Frances did seem a little worried Court was going to embarass her, but they were holding hands and seemed to be having a cute, normal mom-daughter evening. Courtney was really behaving. She of course had to talk about herself and how punk rawk she is, but she also kept letting the subject go back to Frances.
Frances seems amazingly well adjusted. A year ago at this time I would have said Courtney should never be allowed near her ever again, but I don't know. Maybe she's getting her act together? We'll see. If she could stay chill like this and rock those extra pounds comfortably I could maybe like her.

She'll probably be naked at McDonald's next weekend.

I'm happy for the sake of Frances. But am I a terrible person that slightly misses the Courtney that let a strange man suckle her breast or had her Brazilian wax session photographed or all the other million crazy things Courtney did? Yes, I am ashamed for even thinking that way. Courtney as a soccer mom isn't quite the same thing though. But no more "poor Frances" hopefully.

I don't think we need to worry about her turning into a soccer mom, DarlingLilly. Even when she's behaving she's pretty damn weird. It would be cool if she could conquer her demons and get comfortable in her skin, though. She seemed much better, but she did seem to still have that compulsive need to justify herself and make sure you know how cool she is.
