Although, I must say, I loved Courtney in Man in the Moon. I thought she did an awesome job, and I really felt for her character. I was shocked that she could play a person that wasn't strung out on drugs, since she seems to go method at times.

As much as I hate Courtney, the biggest tragedy is that she pissed away any talent that she had because her personality sucked so much. She needs to get her ass a good publicist (who will talk to her about restraint and a LITTLE mystery being helpful) and do some acting roles. If she was stable, she has the potential to be a really good working actress.

I thought she was weak in it. Especially when all her character did was just sit down and look soulful/content/out of it in every scene at the end.

A number of us who frequent this board and the former FT board have written e-mails to complain about the way E! is always harping on weight, especially when they constantly praise the obviously unhealthy weight loss of Lohan or Nicole Richie.

I mean, I agree with them that Courtney doesn't look good, but the weight gain is obviously due to her having kicked drugs recently. They should just leave her alone and not comment at all.
