Understandably, folks on a recovery website are pissed about an interview devoted to someone who is so delusional and in-denial that she declares herself "more or less clean" and then talks about doing bumps of coke at a party recently.
And all of Michael Jackson and Brittany Murphy and Heath Ledger's drugs were legally prescribed. And they all ODed anyway.
I have to say, I am insanely curious as to which of her celeb stories are true and which are delusional. If nothing else, the interview is a great source of name-dropping gossip.

Courtney's name dropping addiction is almost as bad as her substance addiction. She reached into Kelly Osbourne's breasts and pulled out an eight ball? The hell? I'm just going to assume she meant to say she reached into her dress. Heh.
She spends a lot of time downplaying her drug history. "I was only on crack for a few months." "I was clean before I met Kurt." A truly sober person owns their shit. It's not Kurt's fault, Andy Dick's fault, Jennifer Finch's fault, it's yours. It was your choice to use drugs.
ETA: Pathetic that she's already planning for her next rehab stint. She's going to charter a yacht with her closest junkie friends. Sweet.
