This was the role he sizzled in.

Although I'm disappointed in the revelations from the hot tub incident.
But he was a dashing good hero in his day. Will have to check out Beowulf.

He has bad vision, and can't wear contacts, so all of the action scenes he did back in the day are even more impressive when you stop and think he probably couldn't see what he was doing that well.

Too funny that was me as well. I loved them both... However, it was recently pointed out to me that I should talk to freud.. Rutger Hauer is a spitting image of my dad... I mean they look like they could be twins, it's uncanny. It definitely puts a new spin on my youth crushes.
