I don't find him sexy, but I found Jason Bourne incredibly sexy. And I think Matt is smart, funny, and a great actor, which kind of accumulates into sexy. Mostly I just want to see how Brad Pitt and George Clooney retaliate.

I like Matt Damon. A lot. I find him to be reasonably attractive. Sexy? Not in the least. Hmmmm. People's Sexiest Fan Alive is a Red Sox fan. So is Matt. Coinkydink?? I think George and Brad paid People to do this. They've been joking about being his campaign manager for this award. I think they should both take full credit for it.

Well if it keeps going this way with Ocean's 11/12/13 alumni getting it, Andy Garcia should be next.
I love him but sexy? No. He can be cute in the right light and occasionally handsome, but never sexy. Except for Jason Bourne.

I agree, he seems like a really nice guy, but I just don't find him sexy at all. Here's what Affleck has to say:
I also think Clooney and Pitt have paid for this ;D

I think it's really endearing that a regular suburban-looking guy like Matt could land on the cover of People, even if the magazine's motives are less than credible. Average Joes can be sexy too. Besides, I've always liked him. He's never been in any scandalous situations and he's quite a talented actor. I say why not.
I bet he's the one who wrote the screenplay for Good Will Hunting and gave Ben partial credit. I can't see Ben contributing anything but geographical references to a screenplay like that. He's from Boston, after all.

He's from Boston, after all. I've always thought that rumour was quite harsh to Ben, who's always come across as an intelligent person to me. Anyway, I've been thinking about the Sexiest Man thing and I think I can kind of see why some people find him sexy, but I just can't help thinking of pigs every time I look at him.

I used to like him, but then I read that quote where he started griping about some reviewer snarking on his shoes in a review for Good Will Hunting. And there was the quote where he still sounded hurt about some past childhood slight. Then my feelings changed to, Dude, you're an adult. Let it go.

There was also the story that he acted like an ass with Minnie Driver, but I think he admitted he made a mistake. I don't know, I like him a lot and even though I don't find him sexy I'm happy for him anyway. I'm expecting a one-page ad by Clooney and Pitt on Variety to congratulate him. ;D

The Minnie Driver story was debunked - she claimed he broke up with her by annoucing it on the Oprah show, but later admitted he'd already done it face to face.
I love him. I think he needs to be better about admitting to the media how uncomfortable and paranoid he is about being a celebrity, but I still love him. That love overcomes a unremarkable and somewhat piggy face.
