They call him... Tater Salad.
His new comedy special debuted last night and he's easily the funniest of the Blue Collar group. I didn't see the new special but if it's anything like the first one, I'll catch it in the future.
Any thoughts?

He was hysterical. All new material too, except for his very last joke. I just love his smug delivery. My favorite Blue Collar guy ever.

I love the bit about being thrown out of the bar in New York:
"I wasn't drunk in pub-blick. I was drunk in a bar. They threw me into pub-blick. I wanted to be drunk in a bar. Arrest them."
Or when he was talking about his ex-brother-in-law the one time, and how the guy was bragging about his car, and how he could watch DVDs in his car. And then he turned to Ron and said, "Can you do that in your car?"
Ron: "No. But last night I fucked your sister in the backseat."

My favorite part of the drunk bit is his response to the bouncer about "we don't want queers in our bar":
"Well, where I come from, queers have their hair cut just like... yours."
His delivery of "yours" cracks me up every single time I hear it.

No, I think he's pretty sexy too. I loved his line last night about being in Italy and trying to work so hard climbing uphill that "I was sweating Scotch."
My favorite line from the "Tater Salad" story is, "Now, I don't know how many of them it would take to whip mah ass...but I knew how many they were going to use."

My favorite line from the "Tater Salad" story is, "Now, I don't know how many of them it would take to whip mah ass...but I knew how many they were going to use." Mine is (paraphrasing): "We grew up four doors away from each other in a town of 300 people. Let's put it this way... we'd met." Hilarious. My boss met him backstage when he was here a few weeks ago and said he was nice. Also said he didn't drink as much as they make it look like.

Mr. Sunnyhorse and I cry tears of laughter every time we hear him tell the story about being in the small plane on the way to a gig when an engine goes out. First he calls the plane a "pack of gum with wings," which, for some reason, just kills me, and then he describes his nervous co-passenger going, "How far do you think it'll take us?"
"All the way to the scene of the crash."

I also love the bit where he talks about his wife calling him while he's out on the road to tell him that the dog pooped on the carpet and he's all, "I'm out of town what am I supposed to do about it? Oh, fine. I'll take care of this. Put the dog on the phone, I'll talk to him..."

I love the plane story too ! his timing is so perfect. I'd love to see him in concert. Maybe he'll come to the just for laughs festival this summer. Oh, and I too find him sexy. I bet he knows all kinds of tricks in bed. My bad.
