Does anyone know what exactly is wrong with Marina? I remember reading she was having seizures, but no one ever clarified if it was epilepsy or what. At any rate, poor Marina.

This is why I am an advocate of waiting a few years to see if the marriage works and then bring a kid into it.

In Matt and Melissa's case, I think there was too much waiting. They were engaged for five whole years, which probably means one or both of them had reservations and probably should have broken it off. But then people think, "We've made it for xx years, so that means it will probably work" which is a total fallacy. I knew as soon as I saw Matt's thread that he was getting divorced.

I completely agree. I know so many people who have stopped loving each other and yet enter a marriage because of that *we've made it so far* push, and then find themselves bickering everyday until they decide to break up which they should have done before getting married.


Topic?I really feel bad for the kid but she's too young to realize anything that's happening around her. As for the gay rumours, his wife must have known about it if rumours have been persistent for so many years but she probably thought he'd give it up when they married. Yeah, like trying to convert a libertine into a faithful married man. Good luck with that!

I've heard these gay rumors for years but I just never thought they sounded reliable and I'm one to believe that everyone is gay. Although the National Enquirer getting the stripper-gate interview in lieu of printing something more damaging sounds kind of true-ish.

Anyway. Poor Matt. I love Joey Tribiani and his smell the fart school of acting. I couldn't bring myself to watch the spinoff but I loved him on Friends.

Still hate Matt and his one-note self, but that's terrible about Marina. It sounds very serious and like it will probably affect her for the rest of her life. Hopefully there is some kind of meds/treatment for her condition.

I was sad and surprised to hear this as they were together ages before they married. I have heard a few gay rumours too, but not 100% sure I believe them.

It is sad more so for Little Marina. Sounds like she has quite a condition there and needs both parents around to help her.

Secondly, that is too bad about Matt and his wife. But why is every man in Hollywood gay? Seriously guys, is there *anyone* who is not the closet? If there were really this many gay men around - straight women would have serious troubles. Seriously, I live in SF and I think this board goes way too far in calling *every* non-Alpha male closeted.

I agree on both counts.

Male actors who I've heard rumors about being gay: CTC, John Travolta, Jake Gyll., Heath Ledger, George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Vince Vaughn, Topher Grace, Matt LeBlanc, Will Smith, Vin Diesel and Harrison Ford.

And I am sure there are other actors who have been accused of being gay. Now I'll buy some of these actors as gay, but I can't imagine that every major male actor in Hollywood is gay. A lot of the rumors have come from Ted C. and I think most of it is his wishful thinking. I personally doubt he has any major dirt on any celebrity.
