She dated George Clooney? What did she have to say about that?!

I'm a huge GG fan and have read nearly all the stuff about Lauren and GG over the years. The stuff about her not liking Scott Patterson is apparently untrue. It was a minor thing that got blown out of proportion due to a comment by Kristin at Eonline. Kristin misunderstood a situation and it fueled the fire about Lauren. It's since been corrected from several reputable sources.

Despite being a fan of GG, I've never felt Lauren was robbed of any Emmy's but then again, I don't really think most Emmy winners deserve their wins.

I have read that Lauren is the most gracious with fans and really really works her butt off to support them and the show. She's ultra professional from what I've read. As for Scott Patterson, I haven't read any dirt on him except that he dates much younger women. In real life, he's about 10 years older than Lauren too. That may be why she's not into her character being with him. I could definitely see him being "a douchebag" in real life but haven't read anything to support that. I'm hoping someone here has some info on that to share

Since I'm the idiot who started the douchbag talk, let me just pop in here to retract it as an overstatment. The incidents I heard about would, at most, make the guy a bit of a prima donna -- not a douchbag. And, on further reflection, I seem to recall that even those incidents were recounted to me at an office party by a drunken ex-colleague of my wife's who is the type of guy who kind of hates everybody. So, fear not, fans of whats-his-name-who-plays-Luke, I have no personal knowledge of any douchbaggery on his behalf.

I apologize -- I usually am not the kind of person who maligns the reputations of total strangers on the internet. Unless of course we're talking about Tom Cruise. In his case, I feel free to malign away because nothing on earth could ever convince me that Tom Cruise is not Lord of the Douchbags.

LOL It's okay Sancho! I was sorta hoping you had some interesting info on Scott. Aw well, I do like his character and have heard he too is very gracious to fans. So it's probably good that he's not a d.b. after all. Then again, only he knows for sure
