He's not dead, and I have no good gossip, but I've always really liked Jason Gedrick and his list of quickly cancelled television shows. The thing is, most of them have been really good. I still have fond memories of "Class of '96", "Murder One" is one of the greatest seasons of television ever produced, "EZ Streets" was brilliant, etc. "Windfall" sort of sucks, though.
JG as Cross in "The Last Don" miniseries? So amazingly hot. Mario Puzo has always been a weakness of mine, but that's a particular favorite. I'm sure I'm asking for this innocent little star crush to be destroyed by opening this thread.

He's gorgeous. I caught an episode of Crossing Jordan recently with him as a scary cult leader. He had the cutest little goatee.

I thought my wife and I were the only ones who watched and remembered Class of '96.

I used to have such a crush on him. What a good-looking guy. I used to watch his stuff all the time, but I can't remember a single name of anything I've seen him in.

I've been an on-again/off-again fangirl since the Iron Eagle days. Murder One was spectacularly good, but part of me was glad that none of his shows really caught on. I was always secretly afraid that he was an ass, and if he ever made it big, everyone would find out and I would have to find someone else to crush on.

Murder One" is one of the greatest seasons of television ever produced I totally agree. That was one of the best shows I've ever seen and I continually mourn its loss whenever I see Daniel Benzali. It's tempting to say that he (Benzali) made the show but, really, what an unbelievable cast as whole: Stanley Tucci, Patricia Clarkson, Keving Tighe (?), Dylan Baker, Anthony LaPaglia..... damn, all of them! Thinking about that talented group makes me angry all over again that they cancelled the show, while keeping on garbage like "The King of Queens" for years and years. Err... Topic? Gedrick was cute in Murder One and he's aged quite well for someone with a pretty-boy baby face. But Windfalls has to be one of the worst shows I've seen in a while.

I always had a thing for him too. Isnt' he in that new show "Windfall"? If that's him, I don't think he's as hot anymore. Or maybe it's just his character on the show.

I always love when I find other people that adore "Murder One." Honestly, after all these years I still think its the best television produced in the last twenty five years or so and because of it I've followed the careers of Benzali, Stanley Tucci (sigh!), Clarkson, and Gedrick. I started watching, though, because I had that JG was the most adorable thing in the world when I watched "Class of '96" but was really suprised at just how good he was as Neil Avedon.
I'm thinking I'll be watching my DVDs tonight. Topher, it's a shame we can't get "Class of '96" on DVD.

I shouldn't admit to this, but I enjoyed Jason in The Heavenly Kid and in Rooftops. They're cheesy movies, but he looks gooooood.
