I agree. That, plus the comments about how enormously, heinously huge she was in the before picture made my jaw drop.

I also do not know her, but I know enough to say that she is not anywhere close to a size 6- in any country.

How sad. And how irresponsible of the gym to enable her. There are some scary thin women at my gym but I guarantee if she walked in, we would limit her workouts and try to design something to build muscle. I don't believe that poor girl is doing anything but cardio, cardio, cardio. She looks like a toothpick.

The only thing wrong with her in that first picture is the dress - WAY too tight and short. Imagine how lovely she'd have looked with a nice A-line dress.

She looked beautiful in the first picture. The one on the left - good God, she just looks horrible. How sad for her.

And there is no way she's a size 6. I'm a size 8, 5'3" and between 135-140 lbs. I was a size 6 10 lbs ago, so there's no way she's anywhere near that. She's half my size if anything.

But a British size 6 is quite tiny, no? (I'm basing my knowledge on "Jemima J," in which the protagonist is 5-foot-7, gets down to 125 pounds, wears a 6, and looks like a hatrack.)

British size 6 is very small. My mum is size 8 and she's very petite. The UK average, I believe, is size 14, which Amy was supposedly before, but from the look of her I don't think she was more than a 12 even at her 'biggest'.

She used to have a very idiosyncratic beauty- sort of moneyed Jewish princess meets zesty Spanish senorita- legs and cleavage for days, and lovely hair. I really hope she gets better, she's one of cream of the crop, British artists wise.

Damn, she looked pretty in the before pic. The dress was all wrong for her, and the pose made her look chubby, but she looked nice.

Now? Bitch is rough. Dave Navarro's twin sister-rough. She needs to regain some pounds, do something about the makeup, and fix the hair.
