I just saw the trailer for Hollywoodland, and it looks very promising, I'll basically watch anything he is in, because he is a damn fine man.
Does anyone know if any of the music for Love the Hard way is online, I love that movie and the music was amazing, but there is no soundtrack.

I think he is one of the ugliest people ever. His nose goes on for days. His Oscar kiss with Halle Berry grossed me out-dude was way too into it, especially considering Halle and him were not together and she was clearly surprised by the whole thing. Yuck.

Some actors have charismatic screen presence, and AB is one of them. When he's on-screen, just cannot take my eyes off him. Am so looking forward to Hollywoodland. Must be the Weinstein Bros have great hopes for this flick, since the trailers and marketing is already in high gear way before the movie comes out in September.

Not on the love train with this guy. I detect something sleazy about him, for some reason. And I've never seen him in a major role so no chance to see the screen charisma yet. But yeah, the Halle Berry kiss, I didn't think that was funny or cute, I thought it was kinda...ick.

Aw, I thought the Halle Berry kiss was lovely and fun. His happiness was just infectious.

Not on the love train with this guy. I detect something sleazy about him, for some reason. Same here. I've really enjoyed his work in some of his films, but he really gives off the sleaze vibe whenever I see him in interviews or those candid shots. Just something about him...

I think he got a lot of leeway for the Halle Berry kiss because his movie choices have him pegged as a "serious young talent" and a sensitive, artistic type.

I think he's gross in real life, but he's absolutely magnetic on screen. I thought he was magnificent in The Pianist, and I think that he makes really interesting choices. I don't really care about his personal life, but I love his professional one.

He gets a forever pass from me because his performance in The Pianist is honestly one of the top five best and most astonishing screen performances I've ever seen, ever. For about a third of the film he's alone in a bare room with NO ONE ELSE or anything to act off of, and yet he manages to not only be completely magnetic but also to let you see him go through a litany of emotions just by using his face, eyes and body language. It was amazing. I like Daniel Day-Lewis, but I couldn't believe that there were people who thought his utterly ham-tastic, "This is my Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman" performance in Gangs of New York deserved an Oscar over Adrien Brody. Thank God Adrien won.

I totally agree with your assessment of his performance in the Pianist. He was truly riveting. Afterwards I kept wondering what the script read during those huge portions where there was no dialogue just silence. He just seemed to convey so much with so little, and I was capitivated.
Having said that, I confess that I don't find him attractive. Talented, yes. Hot, no.
