I think his thread got deleted in the purge awhile back.

Anyway, I just watched his Punk'd on Youtube and it kinda made me re-crush on him.

The prank was pretty lame: a car double parks Adrien's car in a parking lot. Adrien and his friend ask the person in the car to move it, who says he's a teenager and can't drive it. Nonetheless the teenager moves the car and hits another car, the driver of which goes apeshit.

Basically, Adrien gets a little agitated but remains pretty calm. When the other driver goes batty he says, "You were parked and someone hit your car. It was an accident and he feels badly about it, too, but his dad is coming out and you'll exchange information, so don't get angry at me." Then when the "dad" comes out and starts chewing out the "son," Adrien tries to defuse the dad's anger at the son: "We asked him to move the car. No one forced him to, but we asked him. He was trying to the right thing, but he made a mistake. It was a mistake."

When that idiot Mr. Demi comes out Adrien offers the opinion that he's just glad nobody got hurt.

Mmm. I don't know why, but I have the hugest crush on his tall, skinny, big-nosed, Halle-Berry-making-out-with self. I even watched The Jacket a few months ago and miraculously the crush is still alive.

I love him. I first noticed him as Richie in Summer of Sam. Damn, he was sexy in that movie. Saw him again recently in King Kong and the crush was still there.

What makes his girlfriend a groupie? I haven't heard anything about it.

(Eep, I thought it would be just pictures. I'm a silly) That explains a lot. I always thought she was one of his groupies, like a rabid Brody fangirl who he started dating because he wanted someone who worshipped him. The fact that she's a professional groupie is better.

I was always a little disappointed that he did a Diet Coke commercial two minutes after he won an Oscar. I know there's no stigma to "selling out" anymore, but that was kind of pathetic.

I totally did not get Adrien's appeal until I watched his movies. Still pictures don't do him justice and he certainly has that big schnaz that kind of tends to distract. But on screen? Whoa. I thought he was just the hotness in The Jacket and in King Kong. There's a scene in The Jacket when he reaches over to kiss Keira in the car and I just about blacked out: for some reason it was just so. damn. sexy. Beautiful eyes.

He was of course awesome in The Pianist, but I did not get the hotness vibe there... maybe because a starving, Jewish man caught up in the horrors of WW2 just don't really promote any kind of hot stuff.

Yeah, he's one of those actors that don't look anything special in candid photos but just ooze charisma onscreen.
