I always remember him doing those one armed pushups at the Oscars when he was like 70??
Funny, that was part of a Jeopardy question last night, so he was on my mind even before I heard of his death. Weird.

My heart sunk when I saw this thread. My mom will be so sad ... she and my father hung out with him back in the early fifties. My parents didn't keep in touch with Jack after they moved back to Canada, but they spoke of him often, in glowing terms.
RIP, Jack.
