There was a bio on Capra a few years back that claimed he was in love with her for years. Frank had impotence problems and at a late age he was circumcised and they did some bad cutting.

There are lots of stories around that she was a lesbian.

The one blackmark against her seems to be her son. He was adopted when she was married to Robert Taylor. Apparently they shuffled him off to military school and had very little do with him. As an adult he had nothing to do with her.
