I'm just sayin' that regardless of whether Leto's a "misunderstood artist"or a knob/freak, and there's ample evidence in favour of that, those particular photos probably aren't the best on which to judge him. Understood. There are plenty of other things on which to judge him.  |

I can't remember which magazine it was but it was a recent one that had an article about Elijah Wood. Wood is really into music and has started his own label and has apparently criticized Leto's band. Wood recounts being at an event with Leto where Leto leaned in and whispered that he was an asshole or some such thing and then started to walk away. When Wood said something to his tablemates, Leto charged back and attacked Wood.
Leto is a dink. Not everyone is going to like your vanity band, dicksmack, and a 30+ year old man should be able to handle that.

Yeah, that incident was discussed on earlier pages. The thing that irks me to no end is that this is the life of any artist. Some people won't like your work and some will LURVE it. Period. Learn to live with it and stop pretending you're some tortured soul that no one understands.  |

He's a good looking guy (sometimes) but there are better looking guys. He's a good actor but better actors in his age group are out there in large numbers. His band is mediocre like tons of other bands already out there. Which means that if a director, or editor, or radio station wants to work with someone they'll probably just pick someone else since he's such a jackass to deal with. |
